PENDING
and you did not make the payment indicated on your
RECEIPT
in the month you registered, the preferential price cannot be honored, and you must pay the price in effect for the month in which you made your payment.
Once your access purchase has been
COMPLETED, you can obtain the invoice by logging into the Billing Portal located within your Congress registration account.
IMPORTANT:
You can only bill in the month in which you purchased your access. Don't forget!

and/or you do not attend the Congress, no refunds will be possible, without exception.
During the Event:
Please note that your badge is personal and non-transferable, and you must keep it for the duration of the Aneberries 2025 International Congress. In the event of loss or forgetting it, your badge will not be reprinted, and you will be required to purchase another access ticket to the Congress, "without exception."
